- In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (2020 Revised Edition), Singapore Statutes (hereinafter “Singapore PDPA”), FOREX FOREST LIMITED or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (hereinafter “the Company”). will respect your statutory privacy rights when collecting, storing, using and disclosing personal data, This Personal Information Collection Policy will describe the Company’s privacy practices. - Promoting the latest market news;
- Notifying you of joint promotion or charity activities with charitable organizations or non-profit organizations.
- Collection of personal identities for identification
- You may be required to provide personal information that can identify you from time to time, including but not limited to your name, gender, age, identity document number, date of birth, telephone number, fax number, address, email address, education level, occupation, interests, and preferences. If you refuse to provide such information, it may prevent the Company from providing appropriate services to you.

Such personal data will not be disclosed to any third party organization other than for the purposes set out in clause 4 above, for promoting the Company’s products/services, as required by law from time to time, for purposes agreed upon by you and the Company or for the following purposes:

- For the Company’s processing system and its product services;
- To collect payment due from you for services provided by the Company;

- If you wish to access your personal data, you may request it in writing to the Company’s customer service department using the contact information provided at the bottom of this statement. The Group will comply with your request as soon as reasonably possible, in accordance with Section 21(1) of the Singapore PDPA. If the Company is unable to comply with your request within 30 days after the request was made in writing, the Company will inform you in writing of the time by which it will respond to the request.
- Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Company will not provide you with your personal data if the provision of that personal data could reasonably be expected to:
- threaten the safety or physical or mental health of an individual other than you;
- cause immediate or grave harm to your safety or to your physical or mental health;
- reveal personal data about another individual;
- reveal the identity of an individual who has provided personal data about another individual and the individual providing the personal data does not consent to the disclosure of his or her identity; or
- be contrary to Singapore’s national interest.
- Pursuant to Regulation 3(1) of the Personal Data Protection Regulations 2021 (“Singapore PDPR”), the Company reserves the right to refuse your access request if it is not made in writing and includes sufficient detail to enable the Company to identify you as the person making the request. Pursuant to Regulation 7 of the Singapore PDPR, the Company may charge a reasonable fee for providing access. Before charging you with the fee, the Company will provide a written estimate of such fees and notify you if the fee will be higher than the estimate provided by the Company. However, if you access personal data for the purpose of making reasonable corrections, the Company may waive the relevant fees at its discretion.
- Correct personal data
- If you wish to make changes to your personal data, you must write to the Company’s customer service department using the contact information provided at the bottom of this statement, and provide the correct information that needs to be amended. Unless the Company is satisfied on reasonable grounds that a correction should not be made, the Company will correct your personal data as soon as practicable, in accordance with Section 22(2) of the Singapore PDPA. If the Company is unable to comply with your request within 30 days after the request was made in writing, the Company will inform you in writing of the time by which it will respond to the request. There is no charge for correcting personal data.
- Notwithstanding the above, the Company will not correct your personal data if the personal data includes any of the following:
- opinion data kept solely for an evaluative purpose;
- any examination conducted by an education institution, examination scripts and, prior to the release of examination results, examination results;
- the personal data of the beneficiaries of a private trust kept solely for the purpose of administering the trust;
- personal data kept by an arbitral institution or a mediation centre solely for the purposes of arbitration or mediation proceedings administered by the arbitral institution or mediation centre;
- a document related to a prosecution if all proceedings related to the prosecution have not been completed; or
- derived personal data.

- The personal data provided by you to the Company will be securely stored within the Company’s website system, and can only be accessed by authorized personnel. The website system is encrypted and securely stored in real-time to ensure confidentiality, and only authorized and trained employees are allowed to access the data. The Company also ensures that its employees comply with the principles of personal data security and confidentiality. The Company’s platform uses digital authentication and SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encrypt and transmit data to prevent theft and unauthorized access to user data.
